Luciana is a multi-lingual (Italian, Twi, English) professional with 10 years of experience in the health, retail, and hospitality industry within the administrative and management sector, focused on providing excellent customer service.

She has joined RiverSafe as the Service Delivery Coordinator and is eager to learn and progress within the company. In her role, she aims to achieve high standards of customer care and delivery to clients and partners.

Away from work, Luciana enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, dancing and supporting the community with youth activities and charity work.
