Sarb has over 20+ years’ experience working as a lead Senior Service Delivery Manager on a variety of large accounts and across multiple complex platforms. He is ITIL qualified to Expert level, has worked as a Continual Service Improvement lead on many accounts and successful completed IBM Global Sales School.
Sarb is customer focused and builds excellent relationships with customers, partners and support teams – always striving to exceed customer expectations and improving customer satisfaction.
Sarb enjoys travelling (in particular, he loves the Spanish lifestyle), he actively supports local dog charities and is a lifelong Coventry City FC supporter.
