Simon Langton
Head of Managed Services
Simon is a Cyber Security industry veteran with a wealth of Technical Services and MSSP experience in high growth organisations. He spent 13 years at ESOFT / Vistorm / EDS / HP Enterprise Services between 1998 and 2011, initially as a technical consultant specialising in Internet Security Gateways (Firewalls, Load Balancers, Content Filters etc), through various technical management roles, finishing up as MSS Director.
Following that, he spent some time in the vendor tier, including a spell between 2015 and 2018 as VP of Professional Services at Avecto (an Endpoint Privilege Management solution, now part of BeyondTrust), building their global team of Consultants, Support Engineers, Trainers and Project Managers from ten to a global team of over fifty people. Prior to joining RiverSafe, he spent the last two and half years working as an independent consultant assisting with Cyber Security and Managed Services development.
Away from work, he plays golf, loves a good pizza, and enjoys reading about (or audio content related to) History and Politics.
