Daniel Lewis
Recruitment Manager
Daniel is an experienced recruitment professional, having worked in the industry for close to 17 years. He spent more than 11 years in the agency world before moving internally in 2016 with Reply. He then enjoyed 2 separate stints at IBM as a contractor before making his way to RiverSafe in September 2022.
Daniel is now leading the internal recruitment function at RiverSafe and has significantly reduced the reliance on external agencies. He has recruited into 14 different countries on a contract and permanent basis and holds a degree in International Relations and Politics.
Daniel is father to 2 daughters and owner of 3 cats! Outside of work he tries to stay active, enjoys playing the guitar, attending music concerts and is a follower of Millwall FC, having attended approximately 300 games since 1989.
