Naveen is a seasoned cybersecurity and application security leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and securing complex systems. As the Services Director at RiverSafe, he shapes the strategy and technical delivery across our 3 practices. Prior to RiverSafe, Naveen worked at VMO2, where he led the Security Transformation for the company’s Security Operations and digital platforms. He also has a strong background in managing security for critical national infrastructure, including leading the security strategy at the UK Debt Management Office as Head of Security.
Naveen has a proven record of delivering comprehensive and cost-effective enterprise-level programmes for distinguished public and private sector organisations, including Her Majesty’s Treasury and Deutsche Bank. His specialised expertise spans developing and protecting software across insurance, government, pension administration, and investment banking domains.
Naveen has held key roles in Cloud security, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and risk assessments, and is committed to bridging the gap between security and development teams while fostering innovation and governance.
