Before co-founding RiverSafe in 2010, Suid Adeyanju worked as an Information Security consultant for various organisations in the private and public sector, initially providing his services in network security space before specialising in Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) technologies.
Suid has 15 years’ experience working on large security projects for blue-chip organisations (Thomson Reuters, BP, BAA, TfL to mention a few). The projects included a global perimeter security technology rollout, SOC Transformation Project, Security Analytics Platform Deployment Project, Logging & Monitoring Project and more.
In addition to his technical expertise, Suid is also committed to driving a more balanced and diverse workforce. He is a regular speaker on diversity and sustainability issues, and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the industry.
Suid holds several industry/vendor certifications (CISSP, SANS GIAC, ArcSight, Splunk, Cisco etc.); and belongs to various security bodies (ISC2, ISC, BCS IoT Security Forum etc.) He holds a Master’s degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Suid is a keen squash player and enjoys travelling, reading autobiography of great people and also tries to play football as often as injuries permit.
